Hi I just read your book (giving up Alchohol) and I loved it. I myself have 2 and a half years of no alchohol. I find it gets a bit easier over time. I am tempted at times to have a drink but I always remember the nasty episodes, the hangoves, the drinking too much to enjoy it, etc. Your book was a great experience that I will keep with me for a long time.

I use herbs such as Licorice, Catuaba bark, Ginseng (when I can afford that), to augment my days, also
aroma essences as well. It seems that I need 'something' to deal with reality and this seems to do the trick, as well as coffee and tea.

These are especially helpful this time of year when there is a lot of social gatherings that I don't really want to attend. Otherwise the tempatation to drink would be alot stronger.

I had this idea for a book I wanted to run by you.
Let me know if you are interested.
